Product Working Principle:

The raw gas of this equipment is from the nitrogen generator, which purity is about 98%. But in many using siutation, customers need very high purity of N₂, which is not allowed oxygen exist. so we can apply the residual oxygen by the way of hydrogenation.

In this way, the hydrogen is added and then it reacts with oxygen under the action of catalyst. But this gas after purification will contain a little hydrogen, so this method is suitable for the process where the residual hydrogen is allow.
